Why is my transaction pending?
Possible Reasons
We rely on payment processors to land your money in the receiver country. Generally this takes a few minutes, sometimes these processors can’t pay immediately due to technical problems. They will re-try every few minutes until they succeed.
Other Possible Reasons
- Payment has not yet been received
- Payment received, now processing money to recipient
Possible Solutions
- If Store payment option – ( Pay teller the amount displayed on the created voucher )
- If Bank Account payment option – (Retry process)
*The pending transaction status will change to paid once the money has been received by the recipient
*An SMS will be sent to both yourself and the recipient once money has been received
